Delivery and Returns

We aim to despatch your order immediately. For our standard range of items, where an order is placed before 12:00pm on any working day and the goods are in stock, delivery will be made on the next working day. For some goods a five day service is stated. For these goods delivery will be made five days after the first working day when the order was received. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. We are only able to deliver to mainland UK addresses excluding the Highlands of Scotland.

Postage and packing is:

• £6.99 (ex vat) for orders which total £49.99 (ex vat) or less
• FREE for orders which total £50.00 (ex vat) or more

We carefully pack and check all orders prior to dispatch and we hope that you are delighted with the items that you have chosen.

If there is a problem with any of the products that you have ordered we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or a refund. Please follow the returns procedure detailed below:

• Please call the local rate customer care line on 0844 472 1919 within 30 days of receipt of your goods to obtain a Returns Authorisation Code.
• Enter the Returns Authorisation Code on the form on the reverse of the Delivery Note (which arrived with your goods) and enclose this with the goods being returned.
• Goods must be in their original packaging with all parts together and in their original condition.
• Goods must be returned in appropriate outer packaging.

If you no longer have the Delivery Note please follow the returns procedure but enclose a letter with your goods, including the Returns Authorisation Code.

If you are not 100% delighted with the products we deliver to you we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Please call us on 0844 472 1919 within 30 days of receipt and we will advise you on how to return your goods. If our couriers are required to collect the goods, a collection charge of up to £10 per carton and up to £50 per pallet may apply.

Many of our larger items such as composters and water butts come with a 5 year or 10 year guarantee as specified in the product description. If the product fails within this time period, we will replace it for you. Please contact our customer care team on 0844 472 1919 for further information.
